If you are determined to get a refund, please send back your uneaten portion along with a letter explaining why you're throwing your life away and choosing not to eat the best caramel in the world.

We use USPS flat rate which typically arrives within 2 business days. After receiving your order, we usually ship the package off within 24 hours. If you have orders over 9 apples or packages going to different places, plan on multiple delivery charges.
