We humbly invite you to enter our caramel domain. Come try a sample of our latest confectionary experiment, pick up a gift basket for that special someone or just grab your favorite snack to help you unwind after a hard day's work.

People everywhere ask us the secret to our recipe. The truth is, the secret ingredient really is love--a love of cooking, a love of quality, a love of serving.

The labor-intensive process for each batch of caramel means the quality remains the same for one apple or one thousand apples. Everything in our kitchen is done by hand and the entire process is completed in house from start to finish. Painstakingly small batches of caramel demand great focus and attention, but it comforts us to know that every friend who walks through our door is getting our best.
