If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please send us an email or call us with your order info and let us know what's wrong. We'll do our best to make it right with you. If you are determined to get a refund, please send back your uneaten portion along with a letter explaining why you're throwing your life away and choosing not to eat the best caramel in the world.
SHIPPING INFO
We use USPS flat rate which typically arrives within 2 business days. After receiving your order, we usually ship the package off within 24 hours. If you have orders over 9 apples or packages going to different places, plan on multiple delivery charges.
